OnRepeat provides SMS notification services to help vacation rental property managers and their teams stay informed about property operations. By opting in to receive SMS messages from OnRepeat, you agree to these terms.

2. Message Types

When you opt in to receive SMS notifications from OnRepeat, you may receive the following types of operational messages:

• Daily operational briefs summarizing property activity
• Cleaning schedules and housekeeping notifications
• Property alerts and maintenance notifications
• Guest arrival and departure reminders
• Scheduled query results and analytics summaries
• Test messages to verify your SMS configuration

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your automation settings and property activity. You may receive messages daily, weekly, or as triggered by specific events. The number of messages depends on how many automations are configured and the volume of activity across your managed properties.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. OnRepeat does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for each message based on your mobile plan.

5. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message from OnRepeat to unsubscribe immediately
• Contact your account administrator to remove your phone number from notification groups
• Email support@onrepeat.ai to request removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may be affected by your mobile device, network conditions, or other factors outside of OnRepeat's control.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and consent records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties or use it for marketing purposes unrelated to your OnRepeat account.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the OnRepeat platform or via SMS. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
